The above rates are per day, per room, 10% VAT included.
Check-in: before 6:30 p.m., for late arrivals please advice the reception; in case of non-advised late check-in a 50,00 euro fee will apply.

The common areas are videotaped to assure major security. |
Reservation policy:
Complete credit card details, as guarantee, are requested to confirm the reservations
Cancellation policy:
• Reservations cancelled 15 days before scheduled arrival: no penalty is applied.
• Reservations cancelled from 15 to 7 days before scheduled arrival: the 50% of your total amount will be charged.
• Reservations canceled after 7 days: the 90% of the total amount will be charged.
Penalty fees will be charged to the credit card given as guarantee upon reservation confirmation.
